A Nonprofit Association
The purpose of our Association is to serve Recovery from Underearning. Our Association does this by serving, supporting and working collaboratively with the autonomous Groups of Underearners and the World Service Conference Approved Committees that serve the Groups of Underearners.
We were established in 2021 by action of the Underearners Anonymous World Service Conference, which elected trustees to provide ongoing custodial service to the Fellowship. We succeed prior custodial bodies of the Fellowship in order to ensure continuity of service, stewardship, and accountability.
We, the Trustees, derive our authority from the collective conscience of the UA Fellowship as expressed through the World Service Conference and are accountable to that body.
We were established to support a unified UA for the primary purpose of serving Recovery from Underearning and Underbeing and that is our continued mandate. We are guided by the Concepts, Traditions and the Conference of Underearners Anonymous.
